Q: Do we require any previous experience for the activities?
A: No, all activities have qualified instruction.
Q: Do we need specialist clothing?
A: No all specialist clothing and equipment is provided.
Q: How do we travel to our activities?
A: Travel to activities is not included, you can either use your own cars
or hire a minibus, most activities are no more than 20 mins away.
Q: Do we need to bring bedding?
A: No all bedding is provided.
Q: How fit do we need to be?
A: No particular level of fitness is required, all activities can be enjoyed
by those with an active mind, however any health problems should be declared to the instructors e.g.asthma
